Aging in brand new char #4 200L American white oak barrels, we are looking forward to releasing our bourbon inspired whisky in 2026. Our whisky is an all grain rye and Australian corn/barley mash, fermented onsite and distilled “on the grain” with our continuous copper column still, this ensures that our whisky will be full bodied and crafted in the same time-honored method as all great Bourbons.
Little Ridge Gin is produced and bottled at our distillery in Narangba. Each batch, inspired by the Moreton Bay region, is hand crafted with aromatic botanicals and fresh citrus. We have our signature gin is which is subtle, complex and smooth, along with new and exciting creations such as our citrus dry.
