Little Ridge
Distillery
Our distillery is named after its location Narangba, which translates to little ridge. Nestled on the highest point for kilometres around, with views of the Glass House Mountains. We are an 100% Australian owned and operated micro-distillery, intent on making a good drop or two.

Little Ridge
Copper still
to bottle.
We craft all our gin, vodka and whisky onsite using locally-sourced natural ingredients. Our citrus range includes fresh lemons and limes that we peel one by one for each gin batch. Our botanicals such as juniper and cardamom are gently crushed or pressed to release beautiful aromas and oils. Once ready, the still is fired up with all the carefully selected botanicals, to ensure every flavour is extracted during the distillation process.

Short answer is yes, this is certainly ok – Little Ridge Dry Gin is not chill-filtered, which ensures it retains all of its essential oils and flavours. When the gin is either cold, mixed with ice or a mixer, the oil solubility decreases, sometimes forming a pearlescent cloud. The cloudiness is proof that what you are drinking is a spirit made from the distillation of botanicals, if your gin arrived cloudy you are likely to be able to witness the gin turn crystal clear overnight, once it has been brought in from the cold. We hope you enjoy our Dry Gin as much as we do, either cloudy or clear.
